Tone Clocks

A series of twelve solo piano compositions inspired by Tone-Clock Theory, a modern compositional framework pioneered by Dutch composer Peter Schat and New Zealand composer Jenny McLeod.

This project was born from a desire to achieve greater melodic and harmonic unity over extended forms while exploring sonorities beyond traditional seven-note scales.
